What's The Password?

     A few weeks ago, Kennedy put a sign on their bedroom door saying "Remember the secret password"   She then tried to get me to memorize the password...which was more of a pass-sentence.  I didn't really think she and Matt used it, but what do I know, I just live here. 

     Tonight Matthew got in trouble and got a time-out.  Kennedy, being the thoughtful girl that she is, quickly wrote him an "I love you" note and took it upstairs.  Then from downstairs Layne and I hear her knock on the door.  Matt answers gruffly, "What's the password?"  Kennedy says, "Your eyes shine like stars in the night and have love in your heart."  Then we hear Matt, still mad at the world, "You're right, Enter."    Too funny!   Everytime I get worried that I'll miss my kids being little tiny babies, they surprise me.....they are still wonderful and make me smile!!
