This is Hyrum's first sledding experience! I can't decide if he was so bundled that he couldn't sit up or if it was getting too close to nap time or both, but he just laid there on the sled contently! What a silly boy.
This is Mattie with his adorable cousin, Tegan. They sat and tickled each other and teased each other for a good 20 minutes. It was cute.
What a wonderful Christmas we had. We got to visit family, go sledding, eat lots of good food and stay up late visiting. Now we are paying for it. All of our kids are sick. Kennedy has an ear infection and the boys have horrible coughs and colds. We pushed ourselves to have as much fun as possible and turns out you can have too much fun! I'm having trouble with my internet connnection, so I'll post a few more photos when it starts working again.

Oh Mel, I'm sorry the kids are sick. We were all healthy for a while, and then seriously on the drive home...we all got sick. Now the kids and I have bad colds, and I'm still not all the way unpacked even though we got home Saturday night. It was so great to see everybody though, and to get out of Overton for a while. We sure miss you guys being closer. Someday we'll get out that way...I hope. That's too bad that the pictures of Matty and Tegan are all blurry. They were being soooo cute. Talk to you later.
Mel, I sent my email before I looked at your blog. I loved it! The recipe looks like a good one to share in the new family 2009 memos addition:) I would love to see Hyrum sledding, what a laugh! Kate is thinking that I should get a page on facebook. I'm not sure that it's for me. However, Lynn took me on to Anthony's page and I got to see some photos of him and his girlfriend, plus some other cute pics. I just love the format of having a blog, and you do such a nice job.
