Here are some photos from our camping trip to Bear Canyon (above
Nephi, Utah). It was by far one of the best camping trips we've had in a LONG time. Why? First off, there were NO rattlesnakes and secondly, there was NO snow!! There weren't even any
mosquitos to speak of. What more could you ask for?
This is one of the only photos I have of Kennedy as she disappeared up to the "Girl's Clubhouse" in the trees for hours at a time. Here she is with her favorite cousin, Katelyn. It was so sad, when we had to leave, I looked back to Kennedy's car seat and tears were rolling down her cheeks while she was drawing pictures of her and her cousin and grandma. How sad. She had a blast...she did have a bit of a struggle with her allergies the first day, but she loved every minute of it.

This is the view from our
campgound!

My brother...whittling away as usual with my mom and my adorable niece.

My 3 brothers and dad in the background. My sister was there too, but I think she purposely avoided the camera.

Here's Layne.....building a dam in the FREEZING cold creek. All the kids ended up getting in to play.....well, and the men too.

This is Matthew's super-hero pose....that's all he talked about the entire trip....his super-hero powers, etc.

What a bunch of cute nephews I have AND that's only some of them.
Hyrum hanging out with Grandpa!

My sweet niece, Evelyn.
Hyrum and his walking stick. He fell the first day we got there and scraped up his face pretty good. That was just the beginning of him falling down.

Matthew with his cousin playing in their clubhouse. This is where they found a caterpillar which they named "Chewy" because it chewed through so many leaves. A few days later, Matt saw a butterfly and exclaimed, "Look, it's Chewy!"

My Dad, obviously in the middle of a good story.

The two babies had way too much fun playing in the dirt.

More photos from the club. Notice their cute blue shirts. They each got to paint one with glow-in-the dark paint and NONE of them wanted to wear anything else afterwards. Wow, I haven't seen dirty shirts like that in a LONG time.
Hyrum exploring.
Hyrum enjoyed his bath in the dishpan. He barely fit inside, but he didn't want to get out.
