Hyrum finally went for his 2-year-old check-up today. He is doing EVERYTHING a two-year-old should be doing! This tends to keep us on our toes and keep us smiling. He LOVES to help around the house. He has to hold onto the vacuum while I vacuum and help push it. He wants to help with the mopping, toilet scrubbing, etc. He enjoys fingerpainting, but usually starts painting himself. He climbs anything that resembles a step or that is in within reach and could be potentially dangerous. He has an opinion and isn't afraid to share it. He understands much more than he can vocalize. So when I say it's time to change his diaper and go for a nap, he runs as fast as he can and tries to hide! They are only little once and we are enjoying him being little! Well, young anyway. He weighs 29 lbs. 10 oz. After his examination at the doctor, the pediatrician declared that he was perfect. I couldn't agree more!
