Sunday Best

Matthew doesn't really understand that this type of hug is more of a strangle.
Kennedy looks so much like my mom did as a kid in these photos....too cute.

This is typical....Matthew not being able to hold still for more than 2 seconds.

Did I mention that Matthew is the KING of SILLY?

Well, I wanted to get photos of the kids on Easter Sunday, but it just didn't happen. This morning, Matthew was being so cute about wanting to wear his tie and belt, that I snapped a few photos. Then, Kennedy actually let me curl her hair and had this beautiful dress on that my friend gave her, so I took a few minutes to get some more photos. Basically Layne got home from his meetings at a little after 10:00 am and was ooohing and ahhing at how great the kids look....then he saw me, still in my pajamas and glasses and I quickly said (before he could say anything....his face said it all), "I need to go get in the shower and get ready."

I love it! Typical Sunday morning, when you have focused all your time into getting the kids ready, and then leave yourself like 15 minutes to get your self ready...that is so ME!
The kids look absolutly adorable! I love that dress, she looks so beautiful!
matt seems to remind me of Layne a little bit eh????
