Happy Birthday, Ben!

Today is my little brother's birthday. I thought I'd take a moment to tell a bit about him. In a word, I would describe him as FUN. He is always coming up with some crazy idea, loves to have fun, tells hilarious stories with full-fledged hand gestures, voice impersonations and great facial expressions. He is one of the few people that makes me laugh so hard that I cry.....and he cries the whole time he's telling the story and laughing.

Ben is the one that convinced my dad to help him build a pair of stilts and then proceeded to learn to walk on them. I, with much practice, also learned to walk on them. He is the one that people thought was my twin when I was in college and he was in high school....he is 2+years younger than me. He was the one that I forced to play school with me. I was the teacher and he and Josh were my pupils! We did have some fun times together. My life has been richer with Ben as my brother. Scary as it is, he is a lot like my husband!
